Echolife

Echolife is a visual art experiment which leverages the concept of Virtual Life and Artificial Intelligence to create an interactive, generative art piece.

This project was my final major project for my BA in Digital Media Production.

The final piece aimed to be of a similar style to the audio responsive video visualizers that are commonplace in most modern media players, with the added technologies that Virtual Life will bring, such as 'flocking' and user interaction. Echolife utilises the power of the computing platform to create an art piece that combines science, technology, programming and design to create an immersive and beautiful visualisation.

This project was completed in the Spring of 2010.
